After sales service at Trevor Nobbs Homes is serious business. It starts with the handover of the house by making sure all items are fully completed before handing over the keys. A complete procedure is explained in writing to each client during the construction of the home.
Six months after the completion of the home any minor defects due to settlement or shrinkage, adjustment or settling in is inspected to determine what action needs to be taken. A full six year structural warranty, supported by the Building Services Authority (BSA) insurance scheme, covers any major defects relating to the function or performance of the building.
Michelle believes that good communication is essential. If a client has any queries at any time, both Trevor and Michelle are available to discuss them.
